The volume, scale and complexity of construction work across Australia have grown exponentially over the past twenty years.
No more so than is evident from the nature and extent of building and infrastructure activity in and around Ballarat and the western region – from rail and transport expansion to large scale wind turbine technology and major civil works supporting massive housing and community development.
We are proud to have actively participated in that growth, in advisory and documentation capacities on behalf of builders, engineers and developers through to representing the interests of architects and designers, building surveyors, engineers, contractors and sub-contractors and, of course, owners of domestic (home-owner) as well as commercial builds.
This has involved acting in civil works disputes, contractor security for payment actions, damages and enforcement actions in the Victorian Civil & Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Supreme and County Courts.
